Transfer of Ownership
Transfer a warranty or ownership of a product currently covered by warranty.
If you’ve recently purchased or obtained a used or new product or moved to another country, you’ll need to complete the ownership and warranty transfer (or simply warranty transfer) process to receive in-warranty support services. Generally, the transfer process takes up to 7 business days, but international transfers can take up to 10 business days, so it’s a good idea to transfer the warranty before you actually need support.
Note: Incomplete or incorrect details will cause a delay in the transfer and may result in a denial of your request.
To find out if you can transfer your warranty to another country, see this list of nontransferable service contracts.
Service contracts that are non-transferrable.
Return to Repair Center, Machine Buddy, Corporate Priority One, and Parts Only contracts are not always available for transfer outside of the region the coverage was purchased in; please review your contract agreement purchased for more information.
Certain products you purchase from a retailer may not always be available for international transfer; please review your customer sales agreement or product contract to verify the coverage and availability.
To Transfer Your Warranty please fill out the transfer of ownership. The new owner will need a copy of the original reciept and a administration charge of $25.00 must be paid in order for the warranty to transfer.
